Belly fat is thought to be particularly dangerous because it appears to release more toxic chemicals into the body, which increases inflammation, insulin resistance, and abnormal lipid (fat) levels in the bloodstream. So aside from the wanting to lose extra pounds and look better, it's critical that you lower the intake of fast food, sleep well, reduce stress and get exercise so you can live a longer and healthier life
