My love handles have too much love to give and I really was wondering what are the most effective ways of getting rid of them. Exercise, diet etc….Thank you for your help!
exercise and diet are good for the long run, but for starters do this. Every morning before getting out of bed, lie on your back and turn your legs to the side. Do 10 side crunches, and switch and do 10 more on the opposite side. Now do 10 sit ups. Each day increase by two on all sides.
Another thing is to stand up straight, w/ hands on your head. Now **** in your stomach and “twist” ur upper body to the left and slightly dowward, then switch to the right. Don’t lower your body, but rather slightly turn downward and sideways
You can’t “spot reduce”, but losing general fat will automatically reduce your love handles.
Cutting simple and white carbs tends to speed up mid section fat loss. Switch to whole grains and cut sugar alomst completely while you’re dropping. You may add it in moderation, once you’ve achieved your goal weight. Of course a little exercise everyday will also be an effective supplement to your efforts.

Eat a healthy diet , what i did was every time i seen chocolate i looked at the fruit on the table and yep i will have that instead an d be strong about it. if you see soft drink say to your self no water for me thanks and your body will get used to it. I was a big junk freak and i told myself no more junk and now i love my diet and i walk a little bit each night…good luck
very low carbs high protien and fat for a couple of weeks ought to do it if you are only fat there. after a couple of weeks slowly add more carbs 15 grams a day each week, so week three add 15 grams a day, after a week ad 15 more grams a day for that week … untill you stop loosing weight. If you get too thin, add them faster like 30 grams a week.
Bread – Whole wheat
Meats – Fish, chicken, turkey
Milk – Skim
Veggies – all good
Fruits – All good
Get some rice into your diet… good for you and fills you up
Eat smaller means more regularly
Make sure your meats are lean and not fatty
Watch what you drink too ! – pops are no good
Exercise
Get into a regular routine, run every night even if its just a little jog.
Join a martial arts class – I guarantee you will lose weight
Stretch regularly … you’ll feel lighter and looser .. more prepared to burn some calories and run that extra distance.
All in all … never give up, have confidence and smile at the progress you make.

– Grab a dumbbell with whatever weight gives you a little challenge, stand straight up with good posture holding the weight at your side.

love handles are fat deposits. doing abdominal exercises won’t help getting rid of your fat. do you exercise? and do you eat right? there are whole books on how to eat and exercise to burn fat, so i can’t answer that here. If you don’t do aerobic workouts at all now, start at 3 times/week for half hour. And you need to start eating right. Getting rid of the leftover flab in the tummy area is one the hardest things to accomplish.
