Where to start? The first thing you notice right away is the quality of photography. Absolutely incredible. Then, the number of variations of familiar exercises is unbelievable (just the push-up variations alone are worth the cost of this book). I have been scouring the web for over a year looking for new ways to challenge myself in the gym. There are variations in detail in this book, I have not seen anywhere else. This book is so complete, I know I’ll learn something new every time I pick it up. The volume of exercises in this book will keep me busy for some temps.Mon only regret is that I did not pre-order version of women as well. This will be my next purchase from Amazon. I’m over the moon with this book and highly recommend it to anyone looking for new ways to grow in the gym. I would give it 10 stars if I pouvais.Je think it would make an excellent gift for a personal trainer. What a wonderful resource for them to be able to continue to defy their customers in new ways. There are an incredible number of exercises in the book. The quality of the photography is great and is doing various exercises. The exercises are presented with multiple variations and suggestions easy as changing the type of decision to vary the exercises. The only thing I would have been enhanced to add a brief explanation of what the effect on the muscles exercised variations provide. However, this is a minor flaw in my view, given the vast amount of useful information the book provides. The book is an excellent buy. Rating: 4 / 5
