It also reduces the risk of a person to heart disease &#8211; a condition which is very common among people with diabetes.&#13;Exercise can also help you feel better about yourself and increase your overall health.&#13;What type of exercises to do?&#13;There are no specific exercises for one to do. Choose any cardio exercise (walking, running, cycling, gymnastics, skating, UPS hot-and low-cold, tennis, etc.) &#8211; anything that increases the heart rate.&#13;Aerobic exercise strengthens the heart muscles and keeps the exerciser&#8217;s hot. Strength training increases endurance while improving both joints and muscles. Warm-up and cool-downs are essential for the safety of the exerciser.&#13;Whatever type of exercise do, make sure to warm up before starting and cool when it&#8217;s over. To warm up, spend 5 to 10 minutes to a low-intensity exercise such as walking.&#13;Then gently stretch for another five to ten minutes. Repeat these steps after exercising to cool.&#13;When you start an exercise program, go easy. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of the workout as one becomes progressively more fit.&#13;Consult a doctor about what kind of exercise is good for you, depending on whether one has health problems.&#13;1. Aerobic Exercise &#8211;&#13;Aerobic exercise helps increase heart rate and respiratory rate. This is one breathe more deeply and also makes the heart work harder. It is best to aim for a total of about 30 minutes per day at least 5 days per week. Here are some examples of aerobic exercise:&#13;· Take a brisk walk outside or on a treadmill&#13;· Dance Courses&#13;· Swimming&#13;· Jogging&#13;· Roller&#13;· Tennis or badminton&#13;· Indoor Stationary Bike&#13;2. Fitness &#8211;&#13;Strength training, done several times a week, helps build strong bones and muscles. Here are some ways to do this:&#13;· Join a gym to do strength training with weights.&#13;· Lift light weights at home&#13;3. Flexibility exercises &#8211;&#13;Flexibility exercises, also called stretching, helps keep joints flexible and reduces the risk of injury during other activities. Gentle stretching for 5 to 10 minutes helps the body to warm and prepare for aerobic activities.&#13;4. Being in motion throughout the day &#8211;&#13;Being active helps to burn calories. The more you move, we will have more energy.&#13;&#8221;Walk instead of driving if possible.&#13;&#8221;Take the stairs instead of elevators&#13;&#8221;Working in the garden or do housework all day&#13;Walk to the market, park the car mile before the market.&#13;Are there risks associated with exercise for people with diabetes?&#13;There are some mild risks, but the benefits far outweigh the risks. Thus, the need to moderate exercise a day the right way.&#13;Exercise changes the way the body reacts to insulin. Regular exercise and vigorous makes the body more sensitive to insulin and, consequently, the level of sugar in the blood may suddenly become too low after exercising.&#13;Therefore, it is important to check the level of blood sugar before and after exercise, and follow doctor&#8217;s advice, as suggested for sugar in the blood.&#13;If the rate of blood sugar is too low or too high right before starting to exercise, it is better to wait until the level improves and normalizes.&#13;It is also important to keep a check on blood sugar in the blood when exercising in extreme hot or cold, because temperature affects how the body absorbs insulin.&#13;Should we drink plenty of fluids during exercise?&#13;Yes. In the exercise, our body uses more fluid to cool the body temperature. Therefore, by the time they are thirsty, it may already be getting dehydrated. Dehydration can seriously affect the level of blood sugar in the body.&#13;Drink plenty of fluids, water before, during and after exercise.&#13;What safety tips to follow during the year?&#13;Exercise can affect and lower levels of blood sugar, so watch out for warning signs during training such as:&#13;· Sudden change of heart rate&#13;· If you start to sweat more&#13;Sent · fragile, anxious or hungry&#13;· Feeling weak or dizzy&#13;If you think this way, stop exercising and consult a doctor. It might be hypoglycemia or hypoglycemia. Yes, there there are exercises that are easy to do, and does not take much time really! <br/><br/>There are two basic types of exercises, strength training and aerobic exercise. All exercises in the range of one of these types and each type of exercise works differently with the body contribute to weight loss and overall toning. Aerobic exercises to burn fat and calories while tones strength training of the body while increasing the speed of your resting metabolic rate. It is important to install both types of exercises in your working routines for optimal weight loss. <br/><br/>Exercises to lose weight quickly contain both aspects of exercises into one. Exercises such as step aerobics is great way to increase your heart rate (aerobic activity) while toning your body. Step aerobics target troubled areas like the legs and hips, thighs and can burn up to 800 calories an hour. This means that even if you do as little as one twenty minute session per day, every two days, and you can burn over 1,000 calories per week, all while gaining muscle. <br/><br/>Walking is another great way to burn calories while toning the lower body. Walking can burn up to 500 calories per hour (depending on how you go fast) and tones legs, hips and buttocks. Add an arm movement during walking deliberately and you can also help tone your upper body. <br/><br/>If you can not find ways to practice the traditional way, because you&#8217;re stuck in an office all day doing desk exercises to lose weight may also help. Take a minute to five or ten break a couple of times a day and up and down the stairs of the office non-stop. You&#8217;ll increase your heart rate while adding muscle tone in your lower body. Or try standing in front of a chair without wheels and place your arms behind you to grab weapons from the presidency. &#8220;Dip&#8221; your body down until you put on almost in the chair and use body weight to push you back. This is a great way to tone the upper body while in your cubical or office. <br/><br/>There are many ways to find exercises to lose weight, which does not create worries in your everyday life.
