I am a decent size with a nice shape other than my love handles and stomach. How do I shed the fat without losing weight all over also. I would like a more rounded **** that sticks out more, how can I achieve this?
well im not sure if it will work, but I bought a red excerciser at bed bath and beyond. i feel a little progress, but not as intensely as i did when i had ab lounge.
i lost weight all over with ab lounge. i am hoping with the red excerciser, i just tighten up my stomach and love handles.
every morning now for about 2 or 3 weeks, i have been doing about 200 twists on the red and its starting to tighten up, but its a slow process.
at bed bath and beyond, its marked down to about $70 some odd dollars.. but they mail out 20% off coupons so i spent about $65 including tax
I’d expect that your hips and **** wont be affected by you getting slimmer. They’re just the way u are and you can’t change them(your hips depend on bone)
Try an isometric stomach exercise. It was developed years ago by the Royal Canadian Air Force, especially for the pilots. Adopted by the U.S. Air Force, it works very well. While sitting or standing straight, pull in your stomach as far as you can for 20-30 seconds. Do NOT hold your breath while do it. You can breath normally at the same time as doing the exercise. Do this 2-3 times a day and you will begin to notice the difference. First, it becomes easier to hold your stomach muscles in, and, second, a reduction in stomach and waist will become noticable. This exercise does not affect any other part of your body. Personally, I have gone from a 40 waist to a 34 waist and no love handles.

try toning the abdominal and oblique muscles, you can get exercises on the internet or if you go to a gym ask an employee.
if you lose fat then you will lose it from everywhere.
