Damn, he makes pushups look so easy. He could probably host an entire show while doing pushups. Cooking with pushups. “Alright, now with the oven pre heated at 450 we’ll place in the roast. It should be ready in about 4,000 pushups. If its not fully cooked then put it back in and check the temperature every additional 300-500 pushups.”

i can only do about 30 pushups in 1 minute and im 14…..will this improve to atleast 40-50 if i follow this plan?

ive been doing this 4 a week now its killer i could only do like 10 of the diamond pushups and 15 close regular pushups and then close to ten wide armed i think if u do this we should give ourself a pt test at the end of a week or 2 2 ***** where were at

i hear ya man i waas same way im 16 aswell and i use to be able to do 40-50 pushups when i was like 14 or so but i stopped doing them up untill i turned 16 and when i tryed doing pushups i could barly make it to 20 now since then i made my way up to doing about 40 then stopped for a few weeks and then i went and tryed and could only get to about 28 now i have worked my way back up to about 35 give or take. i just do not understand it.
