Lady Dr Get’s Death Threats for TOP SECRET Fat Loss Secret

Health No Comments »

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to forever shed countless pounds, stay healthy, and add many years to your life!

A lady doctor from Arizona has blown the lid off the best-kept secret in weight loss ever discovered — and this has the whole diet food and drug industries turned upside down and in nothing less than a torrential uproar.

Her name is Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, and she’s marching to the beat of a different drum.

And no, nothing about her “secret” is difficult — nor does it require that you do something completely out of the ordinary or anything unnatural.

Instead, the Arizonian boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2002 when there was so much research and exploration going around concerning the human colon and digestive system working in harmony with nutritional absorption, and I started doing independent studies just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after seeing some fantastic results.”

This same woman medical practitioner went on to accurately determine a definitive correlation between harmful plague and parasitic infestations of the human bowel tract, and people suffering chronic obesity — and who despite intense diet and exercise appeared to be unable to lose any weight whatsoever.

Over the course of six years the Arizona doctor developed a number of natural treatments for the removal of these same harmful, even life-threatening plaques and rapidly reproducing digestive parasites — and when applied to even worse-case patients suffering extreme obesity (98% of which were in immediate danger of dying) she saw a 100% effectiveness and success rate.

She then borrowed from her research on the severely obese, and applied the same strategies on milder cases of overweight persons — only to find the same effectiveness and quality results as described above (although the individual weight loss per subject wasn’t nearly as much as those obese patients 100 lbs to 200 lbs or more overweight).

So powerful is her secret that she’s able to reverse diabetes, rid illness altogether in people suffering from cancer (linked directly to poor diet and overweight factors), as well as an elimination of an entire spectrum of serious and otherwise life-threatening diseases.

Nearly 100% of all her case subjects were told in the alternative by “conventional doctors” that they either had just months or years to live, or they would never live a life anything resembling remotely a “normal” existence — yet after applying Dr Suzanne’s treatments saw a complete contradiction to others doctors’ prognoses.

Again, nothing about her secret is unnatural or requires someone to do any major action or modification in their lives.

In fact, her entire treatment is based completely on built-into-nature ‘protection agents’ scattered throughout the world in the form of select herbs, extracts, and organic constituents, and which can be found in a variety of plants — but when combined in specific combinations and carefully chosen amounts make for a solution to what is perhaps the world’s worst ever plague: OBESITY (and the illnesses and diseases resulting from it — or at least severely aggravated or exacerbated by it).

Now to everyone else’s great gain, whether suffering from just a few extra pounds and inches, to those extremely fat and overweight, this brave, bold lady doctor is releasing to the general public her secret for forever destroying the tight unrelenting closed-fist of obesity’s stronghold over the now more than 40% of Americans labeled obese, and others worldwide.

But she’s not promising any of us for how long.

Some experts and sociologists suggest that in the bigger scheme of things, the world will never tolerate a discovery of such magnitude, any more than it would be realistic to expect a car that runs on water (even if very real) to ever become commercially available to the general public for day-to-day use.

One well-respected and famous diet & wellness author wrote years ago that if anyone ever “truly unlocked the keys to permanent fat loss, they may actually suffer the same fate as JFK.”

It is currently available at:

    =>    http://netdesigne.fatsecret.hop.clickbank.net

…so you may want to head on over there now and get it and before someone or “something” gets it forever yanked out of ever getting in YOUR hand at least.

It’s in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.

While you’re there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in rapid, massive weight loss and extremely improved and enhanced health, now made freely available to the rest of us?

Heart healthy diets are good for everyone!

Diet Plan, Health, Weight Loss Diet No Comments »

If there’s one lifestyle choice we’re all well aware of, it’s our food choices and the benefits of a good diet plan. Heart disease is, unfortunately, much more common than it was 50 years ago. It’s generally agreed that the rise in heart disease conditions is largely the result of poor diets and a lack of regular exercise. Too many meals at the fast food places, along with processed, prepared foods contribute heavily. Although we all lead busy lives, we should all strive for healthier meal plans that help prevent heart disease, so we can live longer, busy lives! So what constitutes a heart healthy diet, which is also realistically do-able?

Before we get into that, let’s take a brief look at why the typical American diet is bad for us. Fast food places are not renowned for their nutritional value. While that burger and fries makes a quick, convenient and tasty meal, it’s also heavy on salt and sugar and fats of the wrong kind, e.g. trans, partially hydrogenated and saturated fats. Processed and highly refined foods contain loads of additives you can’t even pronounce and worse yet, don’t know what they do to your body, once consumed. Prepared foods are fast, but for purposes of consumer taste bud appeal, generally contain plenty of salt and sugar. All of these factors contribute to heart disease. So, it’s a no-brainer. A heart healthy diet is good!

You may well say, “I don’t have time to spend hours over the stove!” The truth is, there are so many foods you can prepare in minutes, or spend 5 minutes preparing and just put in the oven for an hour and then serve. The slow cooker is another device that makes an entire meal, ready to serve when you walk in the door tonight.

For example, cold water fish, such as salmon, bass and halibut require nothing more than putting on a plate in the microwave and about 3-5 minutes cooking time. These fish are low in fat and calories, but high in the Omega-3 fatty acids, which should be a staple in your heart healthy diet plan. A whole chicken can be baked in the oven in an hour, with little fat remaining and plenty of protein. A boneless chicken breast can be cut in slices, marinated in olive oil and seasonings and sauteed in minutes. How about the slow cooker? Put a chicken on top of a heap of chopped veggies and walk away. Ready to eat when you get home. Do the same with a pork loin roast. A roast of Angus beef, with no hormones, antibiotics, additives and all of those other bad things, cooks to delicious and tender perfection in the slow cooker.

So, you say, “What about the rest of the meal?” Frozen veggies require almost zero effort, cook in minutes and contain those most valuable nutrients and enzymes necessary to a heart healthy diet program. Antioxidants galore, trace minerals, lots of fiber and no fat. What more could your heart desire? A salad, made of your choice of fresh greens and other veggies, can be made and eaten while that chicken is baking.

Whole grains are an important component of the heart healthy diet. Instead of plain white bread, start including some whole grain breads. These breads contain important, otherwise hard to get nutrients, which are stripped out of the refined white flour. Brown and wild rice are healthier than white. Use pasta made with Durum wheat for a healthier meal.

As for cooking oil, olive oil has no cholesterol. Many studies have concluded that olive oil is a major reason that people on a Mediterranean diet have very low rates of heart disease.

Try to frequently include fruit as the dessert on your menu. Wash and eat!

So, it’s easy to see that heart healthy diets of food you prepare need not take any more of your time than required to drive by the fast food place or nuke a prepared meal. Besides, in addition to a heart healthy menu, you’re saving gas. Who can argue with that kind of incentive? To your good health!

Healthy Weight Loss Is Best!

Health, Weight Loss Diet No Comments »

There are many reasons why people want to lose weight. Most of it is because they do not like how they look, and they want to be healthier as well. Each person goes about losing weight in their own way, but some do not do it the right way. That can have a very bad affect on your health. Even if you only have five pounds to lose, you want to find out about healthy weight loss so that you can get it off, stay healthy, and then keep the extra pounds from coming back.

Healthy weight loss starts with healthy thinking. If you have a hundred pounds to lose, you may feel overwhelmed with what you are going to do. You have to think in smaller steps. Set goals for ten or fifteen pounds and celebrate when you get to those spots. Just don’t celebrate with food! Though you can lose a good amount at first, make sure you are not crash dieting. You are going to do your best right off the bat, so don’t be discouraged if it slows down. Weight loss that is good for you is going to be slow and rather steady.

Those that have just a few pounds to lose are the ones that tend to forget about healthy weight loss. They look for things that they think are going to work the fastest no matter how bad it might seem. The last five are very hard, and if you are trying to fit into a dress for special occasion, the urge to bypass healthy weight loss for something quicker is very strong. Try to resist and do it right. If you have to wear something, be realistic about your size and take things slow.

What most don’t know about healthy weight loss is that this is the very best way to keep those extra pounds off months and even years later. If you crash diet, you are going to go right back to your old habits as soon as you are done, and you may gain those pounds back, plus some within a few weeks or months. If you go about a healthy weight loss program, you are going to be more likely to carry those good eating habits with you long after you are done with your diet.

Some eat nothing for a few days, some drink nothing but juice for two weeks, or they eat something like grapefruit almost exclusively. You should know that these do not constitute healthy weight loss. Limiting yourself so much means you are going to rebel and you are going to gain everything back. A good healthy weight loss plan will allow you to feel good about what you are eating and good about yourself - and is going to allow you to remain balanced and strong. These are just as important as the weight loss.

Physical Fitness For More Energy

Health No Comments »

In our aging society physical fitness is playing a major role in keeping people healthy.  There are numerous fitness programs that are available to people.  The main thing to consider with any program is to have a balance between nutrition and exercise.

Each physical fitness program claims to be the best.  Not all programs are right for everyone.  You do need to check with your physician to see which fitness program is best for you and your goals.  Each person should develop goals that they want to achieve and review them with their physician.  Keep your goals in mind as you are joining a fitness program.

Getting involved in a fitness routine does not mean that you need to spend money by joining a gym or purchasing equipment.  There are many pieces of equipment that will improve your physical well being, but you can also achieve this without making purchases.  Some people do find that purchasing equipment or fitness tapes are a way to motivate them to start using muscles that may need extra conditioning or to get started exercising.  A variety of activities helps keep you motivated with your quest for getting into shape.  A variety of different exercises also helps to conditional all muscle groups.  It is important to start out any exercise routine by stretching.  This will help to avoid muscle strain and injury.  A physical activity can be as simple as walking around the neighborhood, or biking on your favorite trail.  By choosing to walk to do some of your errands or by parking further away from the door you can incorporate exercise into your routine without adding extra time.

As mentioned previously nutrition plays a key role in physical fitness.  Eating healthy meals helps with fitness in a number of ways.  The right foods give you energy to keep up your stamina.  The healthy diet can also help with weight loss if this is part of your goals that you have established for yourself.

If you do have money that you can spend consider going on a spa vacation.  There are a number of spas that you can go to.  Some spas are geared for specific treatments that last a few hours and others have programming where you can stay and take part in for weeks or months at a time, depending upon your needs and the size of your pocket book.  There are also gyms and fitness centers that offer a variety of activities.  Joining may keep you motivated, especially if you join with a friend or spouse.

Physical fitness will insure that you have more energy to do the things you enjoy doing.  It also is a way of meeting new people, or keeping in contact with neighbors.  Taking a walk with a neighbor is a great way to have physical exercise and to catch up on the local gossip.

Weight Loss Success

Health, Weight Loss Diet, exercise, lose weight 2 Comments »

Some individuals claim that they have had weight loss success by doing one simple thing twice each day. I am a little nervous about the suggestion but not because of any ill effects on the body. My concerns are about the whole thing backfiring in the long run.

Now that your curiosity has risen I’ll share what I have learned. The concept of achieving weight loss success through tricking your body is quite new to me. Researchers suggest that dieters should take two tablespoons of oil each day. This will trick your metabolism into burning fat and it will knock you appetitive down to nothing.

I know this because I just took a spoonful this morning. I had to test this ridiculously simple plan out. That is all there is to it. You don’t put yourself on a low calorie plan. There are no special foods and no supplements involved. The oil is the only thing that you need to achieve weight loss success.

What makes me nervous is the fat content. I am a fan of the low fat diet. Even with all of the protein hype, I find that I achieve greater weight loss success and maintenance success when I cut out the fatty foods. A spoonful of oil is the opposite of what my weight loss experience has taught me.

However, I am at an age where there is always a pound or two to lose so I thought that I would give it a try. I guess that if I cheat on this plan I will be in a world of trouble with my low fat lifestyle. After all, the two tablespoons of oil make up the amount of fat that I would normally consume in a whole day.

I have to admit that I am not the least bit hungry and I took the shot of oil about four hours ago. I can see how I may achieve some weight loss success with this simple trick. I hate to call it a diet because taking oil twice each day is really all that you do. If this works, I will be investing in stock on light olive oil or refined walnut oil.

Oh yes, you want to only use oils that have little or no flavor. The high concentration of nutrients with no flavor is what tricks your body into burning fat. I can attest that it does wonders for willpower. I have to force myself to eat. If I experience weight loss success by doing just this then I am never going to need to go on another diet again.
